How do I keep a record of when a contract or NDA was opened?
Upload the contract or NDA to Reqlick and send the tracked link instead of an attachment. Your dashboard logs opens with a timestamp, location, and device, including return visits, which gives you an access record for legal documents. Reqlick tracks access only. Use your e-signature tool for the signing itself.
Can I tell if my pitch deck was forwarded to someone else?
Reqlick shows the city, country, and device for opens of your pitch deck link, plus unique visitors. Opens from new cities, or more unique visitors than people you sent it to, suggest the deck reached others, such as partners at a VC firm. On Pro, add a password to limit who can open it.
Can I revoke access to a document after a deal falls through?
Yes. Disable the document link from your Reqlick dashboard and it stops opening for everyone who has it. On Pro and Business, you can also set an expiration date so proposals with old pricing stop working on their own, and add password protection so only intended recipients can open confidential files.
