How do I make a QR code for a Google Form?
Open your Google Form, click Send, and copy the link. Paste it into Reqlick and generate the QR code. Can a Google Form QR code fill in some answers automatically?
Yes, through Google Forms pre-filled links. In Google Forms, choose "Get pre-filled link," enter values such as the event name or room, and copy the URL. Paste that URL into Reqlick to create the QR code. Each scan opens the form with those fields already filled. Make one code per event or room to keep responses apart.
How can I tell how many people scanned my form QR code but never submitted it?
Reqlick counts scans and unique visitors on your Google Form QR code, while Google Forms counts submitted responses. Compare the two numbers to see the drop-off between scanning and finishing. Export the Reqlick scan data as CSV and set it next to your response sheet. A large gap can mean the form is too long for a phone screen.
