How do I make a sign-up sheet people can open with a QR code?
Create the sign-up sheet in Google Sheets, set sharing so participants can edit, and copy the link. Paste it into Reqlick to generate a QR code. Print the code on an event poster or office wall. People scan, the spreadsheet opens in their browser or the Sheets app, and they add their name to a row.
Can people edit my spreadsheet after scanning the QR code?
Only if you allow it. Reqlick sends scanners to the spreadsheet, and Google Sheets sharing permissions decide whether they can view, comment, or edit. Use view-only for schedules and budgets, and allow editing for sign-up sheets. Test the link from a logged-out browser before printing, so scanners don't hit an access request.
